NHL Central Scouting final ranking #168– North American skaters
Kile’s precipitous fall from #82 in the mid-term rankings to #168 in the final rankings belies his consistent performance throughout the season and into the playoffs. We’re betting that the qualities that garnered that mid-term ranking will be valued come draft day.

CHP Take:
Kile is almost certain to serve one more year of apprenticeship in the USHL before making his way to Ann Arbor. A team looking for a consistent power forward who posted good numbers through the playoffs will be happy to stow away Kile at Michigan as he further develops his skills.
